In 1993 Polly started her wedding cake business because she saw that the ruffled white wedding cake needed a makeover from the inside out. Most of these cakes begin with a hand drawn sketch done by Polly herself during the initial consultation. Polly's Studio/Kitchen is located in Hood River, OR. However, she meets clients both in Hood River and Portland, by appointment. You may call to set up an appointment with Polly on selected Saturdays in NW Portland at World
Cup Coffee and Tea House.
